**So what does the role of Supervisor in BIGW look like?**
- **The Supervisor (Availability) supports the Availability Manager to ensure products are always available for customers to buy.**
- **You will supervise a small team of an evening, embedding consistent process and routines, by ensuring the daily stockfill plan is executed on time and in full.**
- **This is a hands on role working within the hours of 3pm - 11pm Monday to Friday.**

- **Ability to supervise a small team, with a coaching style vs tell do.**
- **Agile and adaptable to change**
- **Available to work a flexible roster which may include evenings and late nights across the 7 days of the week
