**In this role, you'll**:

- Earn while you learn, combining paid work with structured training to develop practical, in-demand skills for a career in civil construction.
- You’ll receive hands-on experience and comprehensive training while working towards a nationally recognised qualification, no previous experience is required.

**About you**:

- You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident
- You have completed Year 10 or hold a Record of School Achievement (RoSA) or equivalent
- You are ready to commence full-time employment in February 2026
- You hold, or are in the process of obtaining, a C Class driver licence
- You have access to reliable transport to travel to the office or depot
- You are comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, or near live traffic as required
- You are willing to travel as part of your role
- You have basic computer literacy skills
- You demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive, accountable approach in all you do
- You take pride in consistently delivering your best across school, work, and personal life
- You proactively seek opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- You manage your time effectively and stay organised to meet your commitments

**What’s on Offer?**
- 3 year fixed-term, full-time Apprenticeship
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance) through structured in person classes at TAFE
- Development of key workplace skills including effective communication, teamwork, and problem solving
- Clear career pathways and professional growth opportunities
- Under 21 years of age (as at commencement date) $640.50 per week
- 21 years of age or over (as at commencement date) $1,191.40 per week
