2609 Consulting is looking for an important addition to our team.

2609 Consulting provides services to number of builders and subcontractors ranging from high level strategy through to bookkeeping and data entry. We aim to be a ‘remote office’ for our clients so they can focus on their construction work on site while we take care of the paperwork.

2609 is looking for a team member with excellent customer relations skills who would take advantage of this one-of-a-kind role working across multiple companies assisting with a range of tasks. Working closely with management out of our Fyshwick office, the successful applicant would be responsible for:

- Front of house reception duties;
- Assisting clients with installation and management of apps and software programs
- Be a point of contact for clients with queries or issues,
- Marketing activities for example: social media posts and management
- Some bookkeeping and administration tasks.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and clients
- The ability to learn and think on your feet
- A positive attitude
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry is desirable
- Qualifications as a bookkeeper is highly desirable

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
