**The role**

We are looking for **Residential Concierge Attendants** to join our talented and committed team. In this position, you will provide outstanding personalized customer service, emphasizing rapport and connection with residents. Your responsibilities will include facilitating apartment access, assisting with restaurant reservations, and offering information on events, activities, and services within the Crown Complex and across Sydney.

**About you**
- Must be able to work across a 24/7 roster
- Experience in upscale hotel establishments - desirable
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
- Established knowledge of Sydney and its attractions
