**Responsibilities / The impact you will be making**
- Building strong relationships with your clients around their digital products such as Google Ads, SEO and Facebook marketing, throughout their journey at Localsearch
- Build strong relationships with your clients over time
- Encourage customers to maximise their digital potential through succinct explanations of their digital product suite (full training provided)
- Have a great understanding of the power of digital marketing campaigns, and relay this to your clients (full training provided)
- Responsible for customer success through delivery through strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships
- Add value through proactive identification of opportunities for continuous improvement, resulting in an enriched customer experience
- Collaborate with others within your team to share ideas
