**The role**: As the Data Analyst, you will Liaise with customers to investigate data and information needs and provide expert advice and guidance to align with best practice.Duties include:

- Design, develop, deliver and maintain reports, dashboards, insights, and visualisation assets as required for the service
- Work within the operational Data and Analytics team, which involves members of a multi-disciplinary team supporting the department's data warehouse and data analytics assets
- Undertake complex problem analysis to deliver innovative and insightful outcomes to customers of the service
- Provide customer focused service delivery and high-level expertise in relation to the provision, maintenance, and continuous improvement of service dashboards, reports, and other data assets.

Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role you will demonstrate your ability to develop and promote ITIL Service management processes, as well as displaying a high level of expertise and experience in one or more of the following: Data visulisation tools, such as:

- Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, D3.js, R packages, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Hana, and Qlik
- Data manipulation tools, such as: SQL, R, Python and Alteryx
- Databases, such as MS SQL, Oracle, SAP HANA
