**About the company**
Our client is an Australian owned organic infant formula and baby food producer company that is now distributing and growing sizably internationally.

To date they are the only Australian-made organic infant formula on the Australian market.

The company's product range includes infant formula, follow-on formula, toddler milk, baby rice, baby porridge, apple and cinnamon breakfast, teething rusks, brown rice pasta, baby macaroni and spelt pasta, grain and fruit snacks, ready to serve baby meals, and vegetable macaroni.

They have their infant formula site based in SE suburbs where they are requiring Manufacturing Operators to work on their afternoon shift on a contract casual basis.

**About the role**
Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join the team based in Melbourne Southeastern Suburbs on an ongoing contract basis starting ASAP on their afternoon shift starting at 2pm. Training will be provided.

Reporting to the Production Manager, responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Blending and mixing of raw materials
- Operating Machinery
- Debagging and weighing of ingredients
- Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Following food safety regulations and SOPs

**To be successful for this role, you will possess the following**:
Skills & experience:

- Having excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- You must possess initiative, enthusiasm and come with a strong attention to detail.

You must be physically fit as there will be up to 25kg lifting required in the role.
