**In Home Family & Youth Support Workers - BRISBANE South**

**About the Position**
We are looking for In Home Family & Youth Support Workers in Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and surrounds to support children, young people and families within the family home and community. Working with our Community Service provider, Infinity Community Solutions, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact and empower people to maximise independence, provide parent coaching, education, information, and practical assistance to families.
- Monday - Sunday day shifts available between 0600AM - 2200PM
- No night shifts required
- Casual role with consistent hours
- Ideal for applicants looking for 15 - 30 hours per week

**About You**
- Hold an industry related qualification
- Australian Drivers Licence (P2 or higher)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Workers Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- The ability to be flexible to the ever-changing needs and funding of participants
- Energetic, passionate, and adaptable
- The ability to work a wide range of shifts including short shifts, long shifts, split shifts and transport shifts
- Must have a road worthy vehicle with full comprehensive insurance to transport clients
