Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, personal care, sleepovers, transport, social support, domestic assistance, companionship, nursing and respite care.

We are currently seeking experienced Companion/Personal care workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.

We are based in Midland and our clients are all in a 30km radius from Midland. We are also looking for a Care Worker near Bindoon area for long shifts and overnight sleepover shifts.
- Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of time management and organisational ability

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate 3 in Aged care, Community Care or Disability Care
- Completed 1 year nursing Course
- Satisfactory Australian National Police clearance
- Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
- Mobile phone
- Drivers licence and your own car
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality
