An opportunity has arisen for a career-driven and customer-centric Associate to support our talented Sales Consultant at our exquisite Harmony display centre in Palmview on the Sunshine Coast. This hands-on role is designed for a strong administrator with customer service experience and an interest in property and construction.

Please note that this full-time position covers Thursday to Monday. You are required to work every Saturday and Sunday with rostered days off being Monday and Tuesday.

**About the Role**

Sales Associates provide administrative support to the New Home Sales Consultants whilst working and contributing to a team environment.

Specific responsibilities include;
- Welcoming potential clients into Plantation’s market-leading display villages and providing them with outstanding customer service
- Maximising sales of Plantation’s range of homes by qualifying leads and creating opportunities for the sales consultants
- Ensuring ongoing accuracy and timely delivery of all support documentation
- Presenting marketing materials to potential clients

The successful applicant will join an experienced and high performing sales consultant and be provided with training and ongoing career opportunities. **About You**
- Strong administration and customer-facing experience - bonus points if that’s been within the New Home or Real Estate industry
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Interest/Passion for a long-term career in New Home Sales
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Some knowledge or experience of the construction industry would be useful however is not essential
