**THE TEAM**

The Go to Market Team is responsible for managing the entire Go to Market process & Cycle planning routines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and in full. The team leads Shopper marketing, development and review of best-in-class activation, whilst also co-piloting with the Digital & Marketing Serves team to drive executional excellence for customer omni-plans. The team also has a strong focus on optimising marketing investment to drive profitable conversions.

**THE ROLE**

As the Go to Market Executive, you will be responsible for managing the execution of the Go to Market Process to ensure all cross-channel marketing activity is delivered on time and in full.

Reporting to the National GTM Strategy Manager, you will play an integral role in working closely with multiple stakeholders (ie. Brand, Agencies, Field, Account & Warehouse Managers) to consult and guide on Shopper best practice to ensure campaigns deliver ROI for CCEP and our customers.

This role is pivotal in also recognising and connecting execution opportunities across Channels, driving consistency and efficiency whilst also enabling trials of new in store activation opportunities. The role will be accountable for distribution, tracking and communications of POS to set the Field Teams up for success in leading best in class execution across the Australian market.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Management of the National Activity Calendar
- Ownership and project management of the Readiness Checklist
- Manage the internal communication flow between brand partners, CCA to POS suppliers
- Maintenance and evolution of the BODs report
- Own and facilitate the CELL Activation routine
- Accountable for distribution, tracking and field communications of all campaigns.
- Drive cross channel synergies for POS orders.
- Coordinate the Post Launch Review for campaigns
- Embedding best in class Shopper principles within the team.
- Solve for Shopper problems through initiating POS trials within key retailers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 years+ in a marketing or sales role
- Understanding of instore execution in major grocery accounts
- Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with urgency
- A good communicator who has effective influencing and engaging skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build capability amongst others
- Commercial acumen - ability to interpret insights and derive Shopper recommendations to drive profitable results for CCEP and our customers.
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound understanding of business reporting tools such as Tableau.
