**Garden Maintenance CREW MEMBER (PART TIME/FULL TIME)**

The role will mainly evolve around team member supervision and ensuring services are delivered at the highest standard. You must be skilled in all aspects of garden maintenance and has demonstrated competence in this field from previous and/or relevant industry experience.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Works under supervision (Team Leader) in a team environment.
- Assists in the provision of on-the-job training.
- Exercises discretion within their level of skills and training.
- Set priorities and monitor workflow in the area of responsibility.
- Performs general labouring and cleaning duties.
- Provide expert advice to employees classified at lower levels and/or volunteers.
- Assist in monitoring and interpret legislation, regulations and other agreements relating to Occupational Health and Safety, Worker's Compensation and Rehabilitation.
- Undertake duties that require knowledge of procedures, guidelines and statutory requirements relevant to the organisation.
- Assist in the planning, coordinating, implanting, and administrating activities, policies and overall operation of a multi-functional service.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have basic awareness of garden OR property maintenance equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- **Comfortable working with a diverse group of people, including those with disabilities and mental health issues.**:

- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
- High level of personal work standards.
- Enjoy working outdoors with a high level of physical fitness.

**WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO OBTAIN THE FOLLOWING CLEARANCES**:
White card.
- Police clearance.
- Drivers licence.
- WWCC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- West Perth, WA 6005: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
