The Opportunity

Due to company growth from recently awarded projects, an opportunity has arisen for a Lead Accounts Officer to join our high performing Finance team and support us to provide prompt, professional and accurate services to our stakeholders.

This is a newly created position, overseeing a team of three accounts officers to guarantee the seamless and accurate operation of the end-to-end accounts function.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Pride yourself in your high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong internal and external interpersonal communication skills
- Tertiary Qualifications in finance or accounting preferred
- Proficient in Micropay preferred but not essential
