**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The position of Consignment Inventory Specialist is a new field-based role for Boston Scientific ANZ for 12 Month Fixed Term Contract in NSW
This role will be responsible for supporting field inventory management across the specified state, including cycling counting of hospital consignment inventory, expiry risk management, and moving inventory as required by the business.
There will be a strong focus on customer relationship management, and coordination with the commercial teams.
Training and support will be provided to ensure they become self-motivated and autonomous in their day-to-day role.
Part-time and flexible hours can be arranged.
**WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Perform regular cycle counts for consignment inventory based on a pre-defined schedule
- Coordinate access to hospital departments with appropriate Nurse Unit Managers and internal commercial teams
- Provided a coordinated approach to managing short-dated or expired stock with the commercial teams
- When necessary, remove consignment stock from hospital and ship back to Sydney warehouse, ship to another account in the country, or move to another hospital.
- Assist in reconciliation of consignment cycle counts by providing internal stakeholders with the necessary information that will assist in maintaining product traceability & count accuracy.
- Effectively manage enquiries from internal and external customers through a range of different communication methods
- Providing a high level of service and responsiveness with all enquiries including but not limited to troubleshooting product discrepancies
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues
- Maintain documentation in accordance with quality and financial audit requirements
- To represent Boston Scientific values and perform your role with integrity
- Work in adherence to quality and compliance processes
- Quality System Requirement: In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Regular road travel across the allocated state/territory will be required.
