**Location**: Brisbane, QLD or remote across Australia.

The role is required to build productive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders, business units, technology, and support teams to ensure that these new business solutions are correctly supported.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong previous experience supporting a Salesforce, FinancialForce, 2cloudnine, TechOne, MYOB or similar environment.
- Strong previous experience in delivering business and technical analysis services across finance and payroll.
- Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Administrator) highly desirable.
- Experience assisting with change and release management for a large organisation.

**Skills & Abilities**
- Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management, developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients, including superior consultation, facilitation, and collaboration.
- High level ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, through all levels within an organisation (business and technical);
- Experience performing Salesforce improvements using custom flows, objects, page layouts etc.
- Resilience to deliver outcomes quickly, within constrained timeframes.
- Technical knowledge of contemporary business systems environments including web technologies, client/server technologies and database environments.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies across waterfall, iterative and agile.
