- Category 5 Labour Management _are a locally owned and operated labour hire business, supplying trades and maintenance personnel to various industries within the country.

We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our team here at Category 5 Labour Management in Wembley, Perth.

Your duties will involve, but will not be limited to:

- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Matching of purchase orders, following up discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow-up aged items
- Identify errors and resolve with a solution focus
- Maintain existing vendor data
- Create and maintain new suppliers in accordance with company practice and policies

To be successful you will need:

- A team mindset
- Initiative
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail

The below experience is highly desirable:

- Experience with using automated data entry systems
- Experience working as part as a team
