**Accounts Payable Officer | Accounts Officer**

Terra Mining is seeking to appoint an **Accounts Payable Officer.**Based in our West Perth office, this full-time position and is responsible for managing accounts payable, reconciliations and other financial administrative duties as required.

**About the role**:
**Accounts Payable**
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox & address all queries.
- Processing high volume of invoices, matching to purchase orders.
- Distributing for approval, and processing of weekly/end of month payment runs.
- Reconcile month end statements.
- Bank payment set ups.
- Review and verification of supplier statements.
- Keeping and filing appropriate Accounts Payable records.

**Other finance duties**
- Work with the management team & various departments in relation to best practice processes.
- Assist in internal and external financial reporting where required.

**About you**:

- A minimum of 3 years Bookkeeping or Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong computer literacy skills including Xero, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently, within prescribed timeframes with a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision, with great customer service skills and attitude.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
