**Golden View Cleaning & Restoration are an expanding company looking to build our reputation based on quality services for clients in vulnerable situations.**
Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience to join our accounts division, initially the role will be full time.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Monitoring accounts inboxes
- Accounts payable including data entry, statement reconciliations and supplier batch payments
- Bank & Credit reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Super processing
- EOM reconciliations
- Management reporting
- Assist with mentoring and training junior staff
- Onboarding processes
- Xero
**You will have**:
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role (Xero, Dext and ApprovalMax experience will be highly regarded)
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A proactive attitude, can work autonomously and as a part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, someone who can think outside the box
