**About the Company**

We are seeking a Project Planner to join a Project Management Office (PMO) team based on a 6 month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules across a range of projects and platforms, ensuring that the project scope is well tracked in terms of time and cost.

**About the Role**

Your key responsibilities will include liaising with project managers, superintendents, supervisors, subcontractors, and the bids and estimating team to develop valid and accurate bid and project schedules. You will also be responsible for reconciling performance data generated from various program management software systems with real project performance and advising the project manager of scheduling/production issues that may impact on key schedule dates.

You will also be expected to prepare regular reports and charts on project schedule progress and project performance, carry out analysis of project schedule and cost performance, and assist the project manager through resource levelling and other suitable techniques to identify suitable project execution strategies to reduce execution costs and improve schedule performance.
