**Ventia**is seeking a skilled **Project Planner** to join our supportive team working on a once-in-a-lifetime national infrastructure initiative - the Telstra Intercity Fibre (ICF) Exchange Upgrade Project. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, long-term project with career growth potential. This full time permanent role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane.

**About the Role**
As a Project Planner, you’ll support the design and construction of shelters for Telstra’s ICF project. You’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Designing and maintaining the resource-loaded master project schedule.
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure milestone alignment.
- Preparing weekly progress reports and managing delays.
- Supporting the delivery team to meet critical timelines.
- Ensuring all schedule variations are accurately documented and tracked.
- Maintaining adherence to internal scheduling standards and client-specific requirements.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling and planning
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Background in large-scale telco or construction projects (Telstra experience a bonus).
