Homemade Service Provider Specialist

**This role is for HomeMade - a related entity of Mable**

HomeMade is a related entity to Mable: we operate as a completely separate business but have a shared vision for self-management. HomeMade is transforming home care in Australia through our creative approach, designed to support people in achieving their goals while living at home.

We are an approved provider that specialise in self-management and partner with our customers to create a support plan to meet their needs and optimise their funds. Our approach keeps people in control of their package, funding, and support.

**Your Role**

Reporting directly to the Quality, Risk and Feedback Manager, you will be working closely with our Support Partners and the Service and Support teams to deliver a personal, friendly, high-quality service experience as our Service Providers go through all stages of the HomeMade journey.

Some of your responsibilities will include and are not limited to:_**
- Manage the pipeline of inbound requests to onboard Service Providers and respond to requests.
- Critically assess Service Provider suitability for onboarding to the HomeMade network.
- Manage the ongoing compliance of the service provider network including agreement, insurances and other compliance documentation.
- Proactively create sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships with Service Providers and suppliers to support HomeMade's national customer base.
- Identify, investigate and manage service providers' issues, and escalate as appropriate.
- Manage and maintain the Service provider database in the HomeMade platform to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.

Please note, this is a Hybrid role and will require you to work out of our Sydney CBD Office from time to time._**

To start with, you will need to be values-aligned and super passionate about helping create a brighter future for older Australians - You care about your customers and will always go the extra mile to get them the best outcomes. As a foundation, having listening, problem-solving, critical thinking and people-person skills will be the key to success. Given HomeMade is a technology-enabled business, you'll be tech savvy with a thirst for learning. You need to be confident using Google suite, Salesforce, and cloud-based contact centre software.
