Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

About the role:
As the Senior Manager, Industry Growth at Tyro you will have overall responsibility for driving growth within a designated industry vertical. This is a player/coach role and you will lead the acquisition of new designated industry vertical partners and clients and uncover and cultivate new high value opportunities.

What you'll do:
Executing on the growth strategy:
- Identifying and signing key strategic channel partners- Identifying high growth potential partners within the current partner portfolio.-
- Collaborate with integration support, sales/business development, and product teams to assist with the execution of the strategy and achievement of growth targets.- Effectively maintain and update pipeline in SFDC.

What you'll bring:
- A deep understanding of intermediary sales methodologies.- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.- Strong ability to quickly articulate current situations and to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.- Previous experience in using a CRM to track sales, pipelines etc (Salesforce preferred).- An ability to work with cross-functional teams.
