**The Role**

We're searching for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who has completed or is working towards their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. If you love creating a playful, engaging, and safe environment where children can thrive, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- **Creating Joyful Spaces**: Design and maintain a fun, safe, healthy, and productive learning environment where children love to be.
- **Building Relationships**: Foster strong, positive connections with children, families, carers, and fellow staff members.
- **Shaping Minds**: Develop and implement an educational program that delivers outstanding learning outcomes.
- **Staying Compliant**: Ensure all routines, policies, processes, and practices are followed to maintain our high standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education & Experience**: You have completed or are currently working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and you have hands-on experience with children under 3 years old.
- **Expertise**: You possess a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and National Quality Standards.
- **Communication**: Your excellent communication skills help you connect with children, families, and colleagues.
- **Passion**: You bring enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
- **First-Aid Ready**: You hold or are willing to obtain a current First-Aid Certificate, as well as Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- **Team Spirit**: You are eager to contribute to a professional, collaborative, and focused team.

Pay: $24.76 - $36.85 per hour

Application Question(s):

- Being a delegated Responsible Person at an Early Childhood Centre means taking on legal and leadership responsibilities when the Nominated Supervisor is absent. This includes ensuring the centre complies with regulations, supporting staff, and making informed decisions for the safety and well-being of children. The Responsible Person must be readily available and capable of addressing any issues that arise during their shift.
