Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

**Your Role**:
As the leader for Configuration and Data Management you will responsible for the overall management and compliant implementation and operation of the Configuration and Data Management function for the KC-30A Program. Your proficiency with the configuration and data management processes (Configuration baseline, ECP, CCB, data integrity etc.) and compliance measure along with your passion for leadership will see you thrive in your new role.

You will be an expert communicator with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders within the company and with the customer. You will also be accustomed to navigating a wide range of competing priorities and be focused on working towards the best possible outcomes.

Relevant experience in the defence environment is highly desirable.
