We're looking for an all rounder in the kitchen.

Your main jobs will include:

- Helping to cut, shape and package cannoli shells
- Filling and piping cannoli
- Assisting with making any other biscuits and desserts
- Cleaning
- General cooking work (cracking eggs etc).

We will teach you to shape and make cannoli, but someone with experience with pastries or baking is preferred.

Normal start time is 8am-10am and usually shifts are 4/5 hours. Someone with the flexibility for longer shifts is preferred.

Shifts are during the week. However we are entering the busy period, so on occasion a weekend shift will be necessary. Penalty rates apply.

If you own your own vehicle and are interested in assisting with deliveries too on the weekends for extra income, this would also be appreciated, but it is not necessary that you have your own vehicle.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
