**The Role**

The Career Management - Army’s (CM-A’s) Information Systems team is looking for a highly motivated and confident individual to be part of the team.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a good level of computer literacy.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and actively participate in team work and group activities.
- Lead projects to deliver new technologies to increase engagement and improve knowledge management across CM-A.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of new processes and technologies.
- Be an expert in Objective or Records Management to support to CMA staff and Work Group Coordinators (WGC’s).
- Manage your priorities and day to day work to meet the needs of customers and exceed their expectations.
- Be able to work in a fluid environment by remaining flexible, agile and adaptable.

You will have an opportunity to make decisions and become a leader in CMA guiding staff on how to manage their information now and for the future. This will extend to, the development chat bots, the implementation of collaborative workspaces, business management systems and collaboration tools. By collaborating with APS staff, consultants, Army Officers and Soldiers, you will have the opportunity to work in a blended team and be acknowledged as an expert in your field, and support staff through the adoption of these tools.

**About our Team**
The Information Management team in CM-A provides support to the Branch for a broad variety of Information System related disciplines ranging from records management through to Robotic Processing Automations. As a Knowledge Officer, you will have the opportunity to manage a range of initiatives including the introduction and sustainment of new tools and techniques that will enable CMA to exploit technology to improve productivity and enhance decision making.

You will be committed to learning and enjoy using technology to enable smarter, more efficient ways of working. You will build on your intermediate or advanced skills in IT and knowledge management. You will also have strong communication skills that are naturally suited to supporting a broad range of stakeholders to understand and adopt knowledge management systems through the development of clear and structured guidance.
