**About Us**

All Family Nursing Care (AFNC) is a nurse practitioner led service specialising in mental health and community nursing services (Registered Nurses). Our passion is to improve individuals’ health and wellbeing including the CALD population.

We are looking for suitable AINs, ENs and RNs who are critical thinkers and can work largely unsupervised while being well supported.

Community Nursing is the special ability to care for someone in their own home, providing holistic, person-centred care. You'll need to be well organised, confident, and able to cope with a variety of situations

**To be successful you will have**:

- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Your own car and a current driver’s licence
- Australian Citizen or Australian Visa with work rights
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- The ability to work autonomously
- NDIS Workers Screening (or be prepared to obtain clearance

**Qualifications**
- AHPRA registration (required)
- Australia (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $57,265.98 - $105,977.17 per year
