THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Allocation Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximise sales and improve stock flow through our business. You'll work closely with planners to analyse sales, manage stock allocation, and suggest strategic actions to keep stores fully stocked and drive product sell-through. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Allocate stock to stores in line with department plans and overall business strategy.
- Analyse sales trends and inventory performance, providing recommendations to planners.
- Manage and maintain stock allocation models to ensure optimal stock levels and product sell-through.
- Monitor delivery schedules and manage product flow, ensuring all sizes are available across stores.
- Suggest actions for stock movement between stores and online to maximise full-price sales.
- Prepare and assist with department reports as needed.
ABOUT YOU
- You have a tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong financial and numerical skills with the ability to interpret and act on trends.
- Experienced in retail with an understanding of how to action data to optimise stock levels.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook; AP21 experience is a plus but not essential.
- Highly organised, trustworthy, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
