We provide classes in both group and 1:1 settings, focusing on delivering excellent teaching quality for our students and exceptional customer service for parents.

Key responsibilities:

- Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with primary and high school students to improve English language proficiency, reading skills, writing skills and literary analysis skills.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Maintaining open communication with students and us to ensure a collaborative learning environment.
- Sharing teaching insights and expertise with other members of the team during staff debriefing and training sessions.

**Note: you will be asked to develop lesson plans and educational resources in this role.**

Qualifications:

- Experience in tutoring primary and/or high school English is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exuding confidence when you teach.
- Reliable and flexible with a long-term commitment to teaching at our centre.
- Ability to also tutor Maths will be highly regarded.

- A stable income with a fixed weekly timetable. Salary: $25-40 depending on your credentials and teaching/working experience.
- A dedicated working space, eliminating the need for travel to different locations each week.
