**We are seeking**:

- **University level students**:

- **High school students from James Ruse/Baulkham Hills/North Sydney Boys who have demonstrated academic excellence**:

- **Experienced primary/secondary school teachers**

Tasks & responsibilities of the role:

- Deliver top-quality learning experiences
- Design learning materials for LYT Education to consistently updated our high quality resource database.
- Provide actionable and personalised feedback to students
- Manage students appropriately to ensure successful completion of learning objectives.
- Check-in with students' knowledge and retention of concepts.
- Share teaching insights and expertise with other members of the team during staff debriefing and training sessions.
- have at least 1 year teaching experience (primary)

Further requirements:

- previous experience operating in a team setting.
- excellent communication skills.
- a strong desire to share their knowledge with others.
- be able to ENGAGE students so that they find learning fun (the key is to make them think the lesson time passed way too quickly)

- A stable income with a fixed weekly timetable. Salary: $25-40 depending on your experience
