Join Uniting’s Training & Capacity Building Team in a senior leadership role supporting, mentoring, and developing facilitators with lived/living experience in Mental Health and AOD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the facilitator team, fostering a strong, positive team culture
- Oversee the delivery and development of lived experience training programs
- Coach trainers in best practice, co-facilitation, and skill development
- Ensure safe, high-quality training delivery (online and in-person)
- Work closely with Voices Vic and AOD facilitators on key training programs, including Hearing Voices and Consumer Education

**Your skills and experience**:
We’re seeking a skilled professional with both formal training and lived experience to lead and support Lived and Living Experience Workforce (LLEW) training in Mental Health and AOD.
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work, or Training and Assessment
- OR tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Youth Work, or Allied Health
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Experience managing LLEW staff and working in a lived experience team
- Skilled in training facilitators and managing training staff
- Solid understanding of the Mental Health and/or AOD system
- Strong collaboration and networking skills with health services
