To meet our growing demands, we are looking for an
**Access & Approvals Coordinator **to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Team Lead Access & Approvals Coordination,** the purpose of this position is to coordinate Coordinate land access and approvals to meet required timeframes within schedules and capture all required legislative approvals.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Ensure that project batches do not pass the Final Layout Approval (FLA) ‘gate’ until all deliverables have been achieved through the front end planning process.
- Coordinate the delivery of Access and Approvals Packages and manage the access schedule to progress key steps of the end to end access and approvals process.
- Organise the execution of all key meetings and interactions required of the end to end access and approvals process.
- Arrange the strategy for support of staff using AACS and for key improvements to the system through consultation with all relevant stakeholders.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- Professional Qualifications in Project Management, Environmental Management, Science, Business, Economics, Law or Agriculture.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Proven personal success in a multidisciplinary team.
- Project management experience and negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking, analysis and reasoning skills.
