Honey is Australia's first smart home insurance for the modern-day homeowner, renter or landlord, on a mission to eliminate the majority of avoidable accidents that happen in the home. We do this through a re-imagined approach to home insurance that lets customers easily sign-up with the right level of cover by using satellite and third-party data, and then provide customers with smart home technology to help protect their homes.

Honey took Australia by storm when it launched in June 2021 with the largest Seed funding round in Australian history of $15.5 million, led by RACQ, AGL, Mirvac, Metricon and many other industry-leading Australian companies. And we are growing fast.

**What you'll be doing in this role**
- Be part of our forward-thinking and passionate Product & Design team, working closely with your triad and our top-notch engineers to design and deliver product experiences.
- Use research and data to inform your design decisions, including business insights, competitor reviews, user and stakeholder interviews and surveys.
- Create design concepts, prototype solutions and set the vision for new products and services.
- Share your work and collaborate closely with the Product Design team to receive constructive feedback and refine your designs.
- Work within our design system and ensure it evolves to keep up with the pace we move at and our expectations of consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with team members across the company, from customer support and partnerships team through to growth to help create leading experiences for our customers

**Requirements**:
**You're probably a match if**
- You have 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design.
- You have a portfolio demonstrating your visual design skills and design thinking experience where you have previously contributed to shipping UX/UI design for digital products.
- You have exceptional UI design skills and love to create intuitive visual designs that elevate our product experience and digital brand. You also have an understanding of web standards, user experience, and a passion for simplicity.
- You have a passion for Graphic Design and love creating print collateral such as publications, promotional materials, and user manuals.
- You have experience designing illustrations and animations to bring your visual design to life and add delight to your user experiences.
- You value working proactively, independently and transparently and are open to educating others.
