We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The Hotel Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly reception.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and booking requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 28 per week
