Overview

Key Tasks
- Develop local area marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels
- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns in HubSpot and Mailchimp
- Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
- Manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot
- Oversee deal pipelines and other marketing activities within HubSpot
- Create monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels
- Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of Kelly+Partners and its 32+ office locations

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on HubSpot, social media, and paid ads
- Proven experience in developing omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
