Rare opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Business Partner to join a leading Australian NFP. In this role, you will provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, drive profitable growth, and enable effective decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior business stakeholders to develop financial plans and budgets, and provide insights into financial performance against targets
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments, and evaluate potential risks and returns
- Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, and provide commentary on variances to budget and forecast
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align business objectives and financial goals
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to business partners as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a business partnering or FP&A role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build complex financial models
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable
