**Our Client**

Located in Macquarie Park, right by the metro station, our well known and highly reputable client is looking to hire a data entry officer for at least the next 3 months. This role would offer full time hours and the opportunity to work with a hugely successful, well known business as part of their finance function. The also have free parking on site and flexibility to WFH 2 days per week once trained

**Position Description**
- High volume data entry
- Identify, review and correct data exceptions
- Basic invoicing
- Track and resolve technical issues in conjunction with the wider team
- General office duties - including answering phones & collecting mail
- Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition, alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems

**Profile**

As an ideal applicant you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar data entry role
- Experience using a large CRM is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Proven ability to think and plan logically with excellent analytical and
- problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptional service standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
