**Wanneroo Mitsubishi and Isuzu UTE**are seeking a** Used Vehicle Reconditioning Coordinator**to manage the flow of our used vehicles from acquisition to frontline ready. This is your chance to play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards before hitting the sales floor.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Oversee the reconditioning process for all used vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle meets or exceeds our established quality standards.
- Liaise with service technicians, detailers, and external vendors to meet turnaround targets
- Track and manage work orders, parts, and repair timelines
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any mechanical, cosmetic, or safety issues.
- Streamline and optimise the reconditioning workflow to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Reconditioning Coordinator or experience in the automotive industry in a service/repair role.
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing and reconditioning
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Hold a valid C Class Drivers Licence.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
