**About Colourtone App**:
Colourtone App is a rapidly growing mobile app that aims to revamp the way people edit their photos. As we continue to expand our user base, we believe it's crucial to enhance the app's design and functionality to ensure an outstanding and delightful user experience.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a UX/UI Designer at Colourtone App, you will collaborate closely with our development team to create a visually stunning and intuitive app interface. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting user research and gathering feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

2. Designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present your innovative ideas and concepts for app enhancements.

3. Collaborating with our development team to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the app's interface.

4. Iterating and refining designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

5. Creating a cohesive and consistent design language that aligns with the Colourtone App brand identity.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and innovative projects.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other similar software.

3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile app design best practices.

4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Demonstrated capability to take projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines with excellence.

6. A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating the latest design methodologies.

**Location and Availability**:
This position is offered on a contract basis for a specific project. While you can work remotely for the majority of the time, you must be available to come into the office one day a week on Gold Coast. This will allow for face-to-face collaboration and team meetings, which we believe are essential for creating a dynamic and innovative work environment.
