Job Description Summary

Cert 3 cable jointer, complete jointing activities on HV. LV and supervisory cables
About the Role

Working within the Power and Services Division, you will be reporting into the Cable Jointing Supervisor covering multiple projects across our portfolio of work in a business that has a strong pipeline of future work.

To be successful in this role you will be a VIC trade Certificate lll Cable Jointer. Ideally this qualification will be combined with demonstrated experience within a similar, commercial environment. Day to day, you will be involved in the installation and maintenance of underground HV (High Voltage) and LV (Low Voltage) cables. You will also be required to participate in an on-call roster for emergency work.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of Health and Safety practices.
- VESI (Victorian Electricity Supply Industry) trained and up to date
- Ability to meet individual project productivity & target costs.
- Hold a current licence to perform High Risk Work, Construction White / Blue Card.
- Share our commitment to the highest quality of workmanship.
- Desirable - Forklift licence, EWP (Elevated Work Platform) and Endorsed driver's license.

To be considered for the Cable Jointers, you must demonstrate previous experience working within this capacity, along with relevant training and HV licences.
