"Focus on quality work, and the billables will automatically follow - not the other way around"** - **too many disability brands focus just on numbers, our focus is quality work **WHAT ROLE WE ARE OFFERING** The Allied Health Assistant (AHA) delivers therapy services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme or other disability-based markets, under the guidance of qualified health professionals. This work is undertaken within the relevant skills and experience of the AHA, whilst adhering to the relevant legislative or client service delivery standards/expectations. It is a half clinically-facing, half admin support role - perfect blend of an entry point into clinical development whilst not being overwhelmed with clinical responsibilities. You can be based anywhere in Melbourne - we have work right across the city **Responsibilities** - Support Clinicians to maintain a specified caseload - Adherence to internal processes including the Service Delivery and MyLiveBig Procedure - Files are managed within expected standards, ensuring customer centricity in all of our services - Adherence & compliance to NDIS Practice Standards & Quality Indicators - Compliance with LiveBig systems, policies, and procedures **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** - **REQUIRED - **Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance OR you are currently more than halfway through your speech pathology degree/masters - A** passion for working with people with a disability** - we love what we do and only hire staff who have that same drive - Experience working within the NDIS is desirable - **Arriba is made up of innovators**: - we love for our staff to bring new ideas to the table - Fun & energy We are a **vibrant & diverse team** who really enjoys working together **APPLY** - A current Australian driver’s license and satisfactory police check to meet the requirements of the role.
