**About the Role**:
As the ICT Release Manager, you will oversee the release management lifecycle, ensuring the seamless deployment of technology changes into live environments while maintaining system stability and service continuity.
**You will**:
Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of the release practices, as well as providing guidance of steps required to seamlessly transition of the release into operations ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
Provide oversight to ensure releases capture required information including risk assessments, testing, documentation, and stakeholder approvals.
Collaborate with project teams, business-as-usual (BAU) operations, and process owners to ensure releases are managed appropriately.
Design and maintain templates and checklists to standardise release planning, execution, and handover to operations.
Monitor and evaluate release performance, conducting post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
**It is Highly Desirable for you to have**:
Extensive experience in ICT release management within complex, multi-vendor environments.
Deep understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in release and change management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow.
Knowledge of software development, deployment processes, development toolsets (Azure DevOps) and corporate-wide ICT architectures.
Proven ICT Release Management experience.
Minimum recent ITIL Foundation certification.
