About the role
Due to an internal transfer, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team at Calvary Riverina Hospital in Wagga Wagga. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to the General Manager and the wider executive team.

**Your main duties will include**:
Minute taking and secretariat support for a number of committees.
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all hospital Visiting Medical Officers and their rooms.
Act as a first line of contact for executive enquiries.

Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Proven experience supporting executive teams
Excellent secretarial, organisational, and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
