**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Sales & Business Development**
- Lead and grow sales activities across Western Australia and South Australia.
- Support, guide, and collaborate with a team of Field Service Representatives in WA and SA.
- Develop strong customer and distributor relationships to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
- ** Team Leadership & Development**
- Mentor and coach FSRs to achieve excellence in both sales and technical knowledge.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions with the team.
- ** Technical Expertise & Training**
- Serve as a technical authority within the region, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Deliver interstate “Train the Trainer” sessions to elevate the technical proficiency of the broader LIQUI MOLY Australia team.
- ** Strategic Alignment**
- Ensure regional operations align with LIQUI MOLY’s global roles and standards.
- Collaborate with national leadership to implement growth strategies and technical initiatives.

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Bachelor Degree or at least five years' experience may substitute for formal education

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the automotive, mechanical, or lubricants industry.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel interstate for training and team development.
