We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Community Support Worker to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced male Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide essential support to three young male participants. Two participants have psychosocial disabilities (Schizophrenia and Intellectual Disability), and one has Autism. Your role will involve assisting them with routine tasks, managing day-to-day activities, and encouraging social and community participation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide direct care, personal care, and support to individuals with complex mental health conditions, Autism, and schizophrenia.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and skill development.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and outings to promote community participation and social inclusion.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviors, and any changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, building trusting and respectful relationships.

**Availability**
- Available Monday, Tuesday, Friday (8:30am - 1:30pm)
- Ideally available Wednesday, Thursday (10:00am - 2:00pm)

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Mental health experience required
- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferable)
- Certificate IV in Disability (preferable)
- Expertise in Schizophrenia, Autism, and personal care preferred

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
