Regional Manager

**Duties of the Regional Manager will include**:

- Mentor, coach and lead teams to deliver exceptional customer service to our client families resulting in the achievement of performance targets.
- Delivers performance in line with budget requirements
- Ensure action plans are in place to continuously improve performance.
- Establish an efficient organization structure that responds to business demand and need to deliver against objectives.
- Recruit, develop and maintain a high performing team in the region, and regularly evaluate performance of team members encouraging ongoing two-way feedback.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with operational and brand standards.
- Identify and develop new opportunities to provide exceptional customer service to our client families.
- Ensure asset management, annual maintenance plans and procurement strategies are implemented at all locations.
- Actively seeks out growth opportunities within the region

**About you**:

- Proven experience leading a geographically dispersed multi-site team including recruiting, training and development, mentoring and instilling a service driven culture to deliver against performance targets
- Strong leadership and ability to articulate clear and positive direction with prior experience in mentoring and developing teams
- Proven ability to move between strategy and operational execution
- Ability to develop key relationships and networks in the community groups we service
- Strong attention to detail and reporting abilities
- Proven success in delivering results that meet or exceed budgets
- Computer literacy/aptitude
- A proven ability to drive change, innovate and implement initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the desire to build effective working relationships
- Current Unrestricted Drivers’ License
