**Supply Chain and Inventory Planner**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will participate in S&OP process and implement RBU strategies (including production planning, inventory optimisation, and stock accuracy)
- You must build strong collaborative relationships with BOC groups (Operations, Distribution, Sales & CSC) and support national/local projects
- Provide peer leadership and influence key zone personnel to implement programs and initiatives
- Develop and monitor production plans (fill plans for MTS and MTO products, transport order scheduling, and production planning master data in SAP)
- Also, you will ensure compliance with BOC safety standards and regulations and develop specific key performance indicators

**What makes you great**
- You must have experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Excel, Tableau, BI)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
