**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of retail stores.
- Leads and directs staff, handling recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Creates and enforces policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Tracks and evaluates sales performance and financial metrics.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and preparing financial reports.
- Builds and nurtures partnerships with suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing agreements.
- Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
- Handles customer complaints and strives to maintain exceptional customer service standards.

**ATTRIBUTES**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ trade qualification is required as a Retail Manager,
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,
- Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.

**Job type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**: At least 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**:$73150.00 annually plus super

**Work authorization**:Australia (preferred)
