As we grow, we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our marketing team and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

**The Role**

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing vision across Australia. This role will suit a dynamic, strategic thinker who loves chocolate as much as they love creative campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building our brand, deepening customer engagement and driving commercial outcomes.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute Koko Black’s annual marketing plan, calendar, and campaign roadmap
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver bold, on-brand activations across digital, social, and retail channels
- Manage marketing budget and agency relationships to optimise impact and ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Retail, eCommerce, Design and Product teams
- Oversee brand consistency across visual identity, tone of voice, and creative execution
- Analyse performance, generate insights, and continuously improve customer engagement strategies

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in retail, FMCG or hospitality
- Proven ability to develop and deliver creative, commercially successful marketing campaigns
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Deep understanding of customer journeys, market trends, and brand building
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A love for craft, storytelling, and of course chocolate
