PHE is experiencing growth, and we are seeking driven individuals with a robust background in Electrical High Voltage (HV) Infrastructure to join our team as the General Manager of High Voltage.

In this role, you will serve as a leader, requiring exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence to effectively lead and inspire your team. Demonstrated experience in managerial or supervisory positions is essential, along with the ability to deliver projects on time while upholding the company's reputation with longstanding clients.

**This position is available in multiple branch offices, including Brisbane, Gympie, Adelaide, Bathurst, or Tumut.**
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage the entire project management cycle, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Actively engage in business development activities, nurturing relationships with existing long-term clients and cultivating new client partnerships.
- Assemble proficient technical teams for project execution.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and dispute-resolution skills.

ABOUT YOU:

- Qualifications and Experience:_
- Proven success in a Project Management role.
- Background in High Voltage Electrical Infrastructure, preferably within mining, oil and gas, and power generation sectors.
- Experience in high-voltage powerline construction and maintenance.
- Ability to obtain the necessary technical certifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Desired Credentials:_
- Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
- Qualified High Voltage cable jointer.
- Electrical License.
- Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months).
- Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s License.
- White / Blue Construction Card.
